Device Description

The integrated coagulation air flotation machine mainly combines the air tank, dissolved air tank, dissolved air pump, dosing equipment, and air compressor or jet generator organically. This integration has a small footprint, is easy to operate, and does not require a foundation. It can also shorten installation time and reduce workload. The integrated coagulation air flotation machine mainly plays a role in solid-liquid separation (while reducing COD, BOD, chromaticity, etc.). The integrated coagulation air flotation machine mainly utilizes the microbubbles in the dissolved water generated by the dissolved air system to bond with the suspended flocs in the water. The suspended solids rise to the water surface together with the microbubbles, forming floating slag, which effectively removes the suspended flocs in the water and occupies a small area.
